Bridget

Since opening B'yond Style on June 13, 2005, Bridget has created a wonderful and easy-going environment not only for her clients, but also for the girls who work at B’yond Style. Bridget has come a long way since graduating from The Career and Technical School in Albany.

Throughout the years, she has worked at various exclusive salons. It wasn't until 2005 that she had the motivation and inspiration to open up B'yond Style at the former site of Vanilla Bean Bakery on New Scotland Avenue. As a first-time business owner, she had the passion, artistry, innovation, culture, and a strong stylist network to build a full salon that inspires and enhances the professional beauty industry. While professionalism is important, Bridget believes that talent is right up there with it. She stresses the importance of addressing a client in a courteous manner and that all her stylists be knowledgeable about retail products so that they can make smart, helpful recommendations. Education and training is ongoing at B’yond Style. It is very important to Bridget that her stylists meet client expectations.

While her first great start began in Albany, Bridget believes that feeling great starts with feeling good about yourself. It starts with a great cut, color and shape along with other services that B’yond Style offers such as waxing, manicures and pedicures. Bridget personally feels great about doing business in Albany and has become involved with local community groups such as Locks for Love, cancer education, and area churches and schools. This is the community where she has found the room to grow in her creative place.

Cody

Cody has been an essential part of B'yond Style's growth with her years of experience and her increasing cliental. She attended the Columbia-Green Career and Technical school where she received her cosmetology license. She specializes in color, haircuts, blow-dries and updos, and enjoys doing pedicures, manicures and waxing. She is always looking for new ways to advance her skills and provide updated services for her customers.

Olivia

Olivia graduated from The Orlo School of Hair Design and has had a rapidly building cliental since joining B'yond Style. Olivia has always had a passion for doing hair and specializes in coloring, men/women's haircuts and blow dries. She is also available for manicures, pedicures and up-do's.

Kerrie

Kerrie's passion and experience with hair started as a child, especially coming from a family full of cosmetologists! She attended the Capital Career and Technical School in Albany, where she completed her education and received her Cosmetology License. Kerrie continues to improve her skills by attending classes to learn new methods and updated techniques. She is available for color, haircuts, waxing, and is one of our most skilled make up artists.

Amber

Amber graduated from the Orlo School of cosmetology. She enjoys doing precision men and women's cuts, blow-outs and color. Amber has attended many classes to enhance her knowledge of color techniques, and plans to further her education in cosmetology in the future.

Catherine

Catherine has always had a passion to do creative and precision haircuts as well as make-up, color and updo's. She graduated from the cosmetology program at the Capital Region Career and Technical School with several years of hands on experience. She is always working to advance her skills through using her background in art and taking beneficial classes to enhance her knowledge in cosmetology. In this growing industry she is always looking for new styles and techniques.

Carlee

Carlee graduated from the Orlo School of Hair Design. She is curently the owner's assistant and will be expanding her abilities in the future. Carlee is learning more everyday and taking classes to both further her education and become a successful stylist.

Krista

Krista graduated from the cosmetology program through her high school votech. Since receiving her cosmetology license, Krista has grown as a stylist and is skilled with color, haircuts, blow dries and waxing. Along with all of our stylists, she has and will continue to take helpful classes to further expand her knowledge of updated styles and techniques.
